Built by a family who lived it

Coming out of eighth grade, my son wasn't a standout. He was actually one of the bigger kids on the field, but he wasn't good yet, and he wasn't very competitive in middle school. What he did have was the one thing you can't coach: determination. He wanted to train, he wanted to get better, and he was willing to do the work to find out how good he could be. First he thought he'd be a defensive lineman. Then a tight end. His body, it turned out, was built for the offensive line.

So we found him an incredible trainer, told him to give it everything, and waited to see where he'd land in high school. In about five months, everything flipped. He took it seriously, the training took hold, and he made varsity as a freshman, starting at center. That meant he had real game film from the very beginning.

I've spent fifteen-plus years in marketing, and I know a marketable moment when I see one. A freshman starting on varsity, with real film from day one, was exactly that. It was a real moment, and we needed to capitalize on it. So our family went to work. My husband, my older son, and I learned the recruiting system from the inside: how it actually works, how coaches really find players, and how X had become the place where recruiting happens.

Then I took everything I'd learned in my career and built a system around it. It helped my son engage with coaches in a real, genuine way, and it made him visible exactly where coaches were looking, both online and in person at camps and recruiting events throughout high school. It worked, and he went on to be recruited at the highest level and commit to a Division I program.

From our family to every athlete

Word got around. My husband and I started helping other athletes do the same thing we'd done for our son. A lot of them, mostly football players. And it worked, again and again. But every single athlete took hundreds of hours of manual work.

That's the problem Visible Athlete was born to solve. I saw the need to take everything we were doing by hand and make it automated, repeatable, and scalable, so that any athlete with that same determination can become visible to college coaches without their family needing a marketing background or hundreds of spare hours to make it happen.
