For high school coaches and recruiting coordinators

Every player on your roster deserves to be seen. Now each one can run his own recruitment.

Build a recruiting pipeline to your program, one player at a time.

Visible Athlete is a software platform that teaches your players the recruiting process and walks them through it every week. They build real relationships with college coaches themselves. You don't take on more work, and you can share it with your families in one post.

A player's Board in Visible Athlete, coach names blurred
Tylan Henderson

“This finally showed me the steps.”

I knew I was supposed to be reaching out to coaches. I did not know who to reach out to or what to say, so I mostly posted my film and waited. This finally showed me the steps. I knew I had something to offer college programs. Now my name is out there and I feel confident about my recruitment.

The problem

You're expected to recruit for every player. Nobody can.

A recruiting coordinator is expected to get every player in front of college coaches, on top of everything else the job asks. Every season it's the same questions. Who should I message? What do I say? Is it too early? Parents ask too, and most of them are guessing.

Visible Athlete gives every player a way to get the visibility he deserves by running his own recruitment with a plan.

Free for your program

What to expect

  • You don't sign anyone up, collect money or manage accounts.
  • Families sign up and pay on their own, and each player runs his own recruitment.
  • Your part is sharing one post with your families.
  • Your program gets its own sign-up page, and families who join through it get $25 off their first month.
  • You're giving them a proven tool to get their son more visibility.
  • There's no cost to your program.

We built it for every program, and especially for the ones an hour and a half from the nearest airport, where college coaches don't come through as often.

What your players get

A plan for every week, built around each player.

It connects directly to the player's X account and tracks all of his coach relationships and DMs. Then it guides him step by step as he builds real relationships with coaches himself. His tasks are personalized to what's going on in his world: the time of year, who he's talking to, where he is in the process. No two playbooks look alike.

A weekly task list

Tells him exactly what to do next, and why. Film sends, coach replies, thank-you DMs, each one written for his week.

The Playbook: this week's tasks, the Field Report and the VA GPA

The Board

Every coach relationship and DM in one place. Coaches who follow him show up there automatically.

The Board: coach rows by school and title with mutual follow and engaged labels

A Game Plan

Built around him and refreshed every quarter. Where he stands, where to focus, and a 90-day plan.

The Game Plan: section list and the Where You Stand report

The Strategy Academy

The whole recruiting process, step by step, from profile to outreach.

The Trail

Camps and showcases worth his time.

5,800+ college coaches

Across 800+ programs, already in the platform.

What it does for your program

7 ways your players look prepared and your program gets the credit

01

Every player gets a shot, not only your top two.

Each player runs his own recruitment, so visibility doesn't depend on how much time you had that week.

02

A pipeline to your school.

Players who build real relationships with college staffs bring those staffs back to your program for the next class.

03

Fewer of the same questions.

The platform answers the ones you hear every week.

04

Your players reach out the right way.

When a college staff hears from one of your players, it reflects on your program.

05

Parents know what's happening.

Nothing in the account is hidden from a parent, so they can see the work without asking you.

06

You're the one who brought it to your families.

One post from you, and every family has the same plan.

07

It doesn't replace you.

Sending film and a phone number back fast when a college staff asks is still yours. That's the part only you can do.

Where we stand

We're not a recruiting service.

We never contact college coaches or schools for anybody. Your players do the work themselves, inside the platform. That's on purpose. When a college coach calls, the relationship has to already be the player's. And it doesn't stop at signing day. In college there are NIL deals to deliver on and a school to represent. A player who learned to build these relationships in high school can do it then.

We never promise offers, because nobody honestly can.

How it works for you

Three steps, and one of them is posting.

You don't sign anyone up, collect money or manage accounts. Families sign up and pay on their own. Your only job is getting the word out.

01

Tell us about your program

Fill out the short form and pick how you want to hear from us.

02

We set up your program's page

A link and QR code made for your program, a post ready for BAND, SportsEngine or a group text, and a flyer.

03

Post it

Families read about it on your program's page and sign up there, with their first month $25 off. Each player runs his own account.

What families pay

$25 off the first month through your program's link

After that it's $50 a month, the founding rate for the first 50 members, kept for as long as the membership stays active. After the founding spots are gone it's $79. A sibling is $25 a month. No contract, and it cancels in one click.

For players in grades 8 through 12, age 13 and up. A parent or guardian completes checkout.

There's no cost to your program.

Families sign up and pay for their own membership. Nothing runs through you or your school.

Who built it

Built by a football family in Texas.

We ran this system by hand for our own son, then for other families, before we built it into software so it could keep up with a season. Read our story
