For trainers and 7-on-7 programs

You build the athlete. Now each one can run their own recruitment.

Give every athlete in your program a recruiting tool they run themselves.

Visible Athlete is a software platform that teaches your athletes the recruiting process and walks them through it every week. They build real relationships with college coaches themselves. You don't take on more work, and you can share it with your families in one post.

“This finally showed me the steps.”

I knew I was supposed to be reaching out to coaches. I did not know who to reach out to or what to say, so I mostly posted my film and waited. This finally showed me the steps. I knew I had something to offer college programs. Now my name is out there and I feel confident about my recruitment.

The problem

Families trust you with their athlete's development. They ask you about recruiting too.

You get them stronger, faster and better at their position. Then the questions start. Who should they be talking to? Is it too early to reach out? Is this camp worth it? Every parent asks, most of them are guessing, and you can only help so many athletes at once.

Visible Athlete gives every athlete in your program a way to get the visibility they deserve by running their own recruitment with a plan.

No cost to your program

What to expect

  • You don't sign anyone up, collect money or manage accounts.
  • Families sign up and pay on their own, and each athlete runs their own recruitment.
  • Your part is sharing one post with your families, in your group chat or wherever you reach them.
  • Your program gets its own sign-up page, and families who join through it get $25 off their first month.
  • There's no cost to your program, because the subscriptions are through each family.

Built for your kind of program

Wherever your athletes put in the work

7-on-7 programs

Your season puts them on college campuses.

Tournaments and camps put your athletes in front of college staffs. Visible Athlete gets them ready before they go: following and engaging with the staffs at the schools on your schedule, and following up the right way after.

Strength, speed and agility

You build the numbers. They need to be seen.

A faster 40 or a higher vertical matters most when the coaches following an athlete know about it. When they post a standout camp or combine result, the platform shows them how to share it with the coaches they're already building relationships with.

Position training

You teach what shows up on film.

Footwork, hands and technique show up on film. Every week, your athletes send their film by DM to the college coaches already following them, so the work you put in reaches the people who evaluate it.

What your athletes get

A plan for every week, built around each athlete.

It connects directly to the athlete's X account and tracks all of their coach relationships and DMs. Then it guides them step by step as they build real relationships with coaches themselves. Their tasks are personalized to what's going on in their world: the time of year, who they're talking to, where they are in the process. No two playbooks look alike.

A weekly task list

Tells them exactly what to do next, and why. Film sends, coach replies, thank-you DMs, each one written for their week.

The Playbook: this week's tasks, the Field Report and the VA GPA

The Board

Every coach relationship and DM in one place. Coaches who follow them show up there automatically.

The Board: coach rows by school and title with mutual follow and engaged labels

A Game Plan

Built around them and refreshed every quarter. Where they stand, where to focus, and a 90-day plan.

The Game Plan: section list and the Where You Stand report

The Strategy Academy

The whole recruiting process, step by step, from their X profile to outreach.

The Trail

Camps and showcases worth their time.

What it does for your program

7 ways your athletes look prepared and your program gets the credit

01

Credibility with college programs.

When you take athletes to a camp or a tournament, they show up prepared, already connected with that staff and ready to follow up the right way. That builds your program's credibility and trust with college staffs.

02

Every athlete gets a shot, not only your top two.

Each athlete runs their own recruitment, so visibility doesn't depend on how much time you had that week.

03

Their recruitment carries your name.

When your athletes get recruited, families know where they trained. That's the reputation your program is built on.

04

Fewer of the same questions.

The platform answers the ones you hear every week.

05

Parents know what's happening.

Nothing in the account is hidden from a parent, so they can see the work without asking you.

06

More for every family in your program.

Training builds the athlete. Now your program also gives every family a recruiting plan, and you didn't have to build it.

07

It doesn't replace you.

Your calls and texts to college coaches, and the camps and tournaments you take athletes to, are still yours. The platform makes sure your athletes are ready for them.

Where we stand

We're not a recruiting service.

We never contact college coaches or schools for anybody. Your athletes do the work themselves, inside the platform. That's on purpose. When a college coach calls, the relationship has to already be the athlete's. And it doesn't stop at signing day. In college there are NIL deals to deliver on and a school to represent.

It's a system they run themselves that builds skills that extend way beyond football. We never promise offers, because nobody honestly can.

How it works for you

Three steps, and one of them is posting.

You don't sign anyone up, collect money or manage accounts. Families sign up and pay on their own. Your only job is getting the word out.

01

Tell us about your program

Fill out the short form and pick how you want to hear from us.

02

We set up your program's page

A link and QR code made for your program, a post ready for your group chat, Instagram or BAND, and a flyer.

03

Post it

Families read about it on your program's page and sign up there, with their first month $25 off. Each athlete runs their own account.

What families pay

$25 off the first month through your program's link

After that it's $50 a month, the founding rate for the first 50 members, kept for as long as the membership stays active. After the founding spots are gone it's $79. A sibling is $25 a month. No contract, and it cancels in one click.

For athletes in grades 8 through 12, age 13 and up. A parent or guardian completes checkout.

There's no cost to your program.

Families sign up and pay for their own membership. Nothing runs through you or your business.

Who built it

Built by a football family in Texas.

We ran this system by hand for our own son, then for other families, before we built it into software so it could keep up with a season. Read our story
